No stranger to the local food scene, Kin Kin Pan Mee is known for being the inventor of Chilli Pan Mee in 1985, more than 20 years ago. Needless to say, there is no better place to try this dish but at the original restaurant in Chow Kit. Chili Pan Mee is a local delicacy made up of yellow noodles blanketed by fried minced pork, shallots, ikan bilis (anchovies), some chopped spring onion and topped with a gooey poached egg.
