Tao Xiang serves steaming bowls of fish head noodles: thick rice noodles cooked with salted vegetables, evaporated milk, Chinese rice wine, tender deep-fried fish, yam, tofu, tomatoes and more. The fish head noodles are served in claypots, which keep them hot throughout.
